Return, Exchange And Cancellation Policy

Purchasing a product shows that you have approved, understood, and agreed to abide by the below-mentioned terms & conditions.



RETURN

This return policy is only applicable if the item was sold on Srijee Decors.


Items are only eligible for return, refund, and replacement if it fulfills the following conditions:

If the item received is different from what you had ordered.

If the item received is damaged or manufacturing defect condition.

    • 

  • 
If the item is having missing parts or accessories which was mentioned on the product page.

    •

If the return request is raised within 3 Working Days from the date of delivery. Return request's after the return period will be rejected.

Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, manuals, parts accessories, and original packaging box delivered to you. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning.

Due to multiple factors colors of the actual product and the product image varies. The actual color of the product may vary and hence the slight variation in the color shade does not come in the return policy. Return of a different color item is only eligible if the color of the item is totally different from the image on the product page.
    For eg. the Item shown was blue and received brown.

  • We do not have any return policy for Quality related issues.
    • 



We hold the right to reject returns, refund, or replace the item depending on your return request and the return conditions fulfilled.




Prices for return shipping are to be borne by the customers. Kindly ensure that you take receipt of the acknowledgment from the courier person regarding the number of products you are dispatching with the signature and contact details. Srijee Decors will not be liable for any lost shipment.


We recommend returning items by trackable mail because all items sent that do not reach Srijee Decors warehouse will be treated as non-returned. Please note that the parcels are your responsibility until they are returned to Srijee Decors on the following address:

EXCHANGE

As per the company policy, we do not provide an exchange on any product once sold. Once the SRIJEE DECORS pieces are sold, they can only be exchanged for replacement in the same color (provided the mentioned below terms & conditions are fulfilled). In case of the product is out of stock/unavailable with us, we have the provision of issuing a credit note for the amount / refund the amount. 




You may write to us at srijeedecors15@gmail.com specifically within 48 hours of receiving the parcel to request the exchange. Once receiving an acknowledgment from the team, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pick-up facility. 




Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any return or exchange.


 


CANCELLATION




If you think you have ordered the wrong item, you can request the cancellation strictly within 24 hours of placing the order and we’ll refund 100% money back. 




Please write to us at srijeedecors@gmail.com to request the cancellation. Cancellation directly through the website is not possible.


After 24 hours of purchase, if you fail to send an order cancellation email, you will not be eligible for the cancellation policy, since the product might have been shipped by that time.




The Customer agrees not to dispute the policies made by Srijee Decors and accepts Srijee Decors decision regarding the cancellation.
